Our Agent Development Program positions you within a thriving Farmers agency in your locality, collaborating closely with the Agent to acquire skills in selling, servicing, and managing an insurance practice. Upon successful completion of the year-long program, you may qualify to establish your own agency.
Eligible candidates must successfully undergo a background verification, secure necessary insurance licenses, and complete mandated training.

Key Responsibilities
Training and Development (includes but is not limited to):
- Management of sales leads utilizing CRM software
- Prospecting through various channels, including extensive phone and email outreach
- Consultation on customer needs and insurance coverage
- Creation and presentation of insurance proposals
- Building and maintaining client relationships through prompt and exceptional service
- Overseeing agency operations, including fiduciary duties, staffing, and team leadership
- Engaging in professional networking through various platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in sales and/or marketing
- At least one year of experience in a professional office environment
- Ability to obtain or currently possess insurance licenses
- Entrepreneurial spirit and readiness to embrace challenges
- Strong desire to learn and be guided
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- College degree preferred but not mandatory
