Qualifications:

  • Availability for a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer skills
  • Demonstrated planning and scheduling abilities
  • Prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the teams that contribute to the guest experience.

  • Manage and coordinate all incoming phone and radio communications
  • Distribute tasks and responsibilities among team members fairly
  • Document lost and found items and ensure their secure storage
  • Complete daily administrative paperwork
  • Maintain a sense of urgency to ensure timely task completion
  • Assist with linen inventories and supply management as needed
  • Address guest complaints promptly and effectively
  • Facilitate guest deliveries as instructed
  • Report to work as scheduled, adhering to uniform and appearance standards
  • Consistently uphold a positive, friendly, and helpful demeanor to ensure an exceptional guest experience
  • Follow all safety regulations and procedures
