Responsibilities Informing/updating kitchen, accounting & purchasing of all applicable changes from Vendors
Assist in tracking hours, receiving and delegating of temporary labor staff to various locations as they arrive.
Track inventory of office supplies, kitchen chemicals and cleaning supplies
Update costs cards for outlets with vendor pricing
Visit/work at catering functions on as needed basis.
Track, update and coordinate SOP hard copy.
Reviewing time and attendance payroll report for accuracy
Post weekly schedule and make calls to appropriate associates regarding following week's schedule / changes.
Maintain and update Associate information; i.e. phone list/availability
Conduct Kitchen Orientation for new culinary associates
Assist in conducting initial interviews for hourly / seasonal positions.
Responsible for data entry i.e., sales reports, departmental financial reports, etc.
Plans and devises layout of text, illustrations, and designs for menu presentation.
Edits and reviews menus for accuracy and completeness.
Assist with end of season shut down and clean up in all kitchens.
Role model the skills of guest service and interact positively through relationships with guests, coworkers, and supervisors displaying genuine concern and mutual respect for people's needs.
Other duties as assigned by Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef & Director of F&B
Qualifications No high school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use, and operation of standard office equipment

Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite

High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Basic math skills
