Qualifications and Skills:Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., healthcare administration, public health, business management); advanced degree is advantageous.
- At least five years of experience in developing population health, medical, behavioral health, or pharmacy programs through consulting, healthcare investment, or internal strategy teams.
Key Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector and trends in clinical expenditures.
- Expertise in research methodologies, quantitative assessment, and qualitative analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience in evaluating programs and populations using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information to senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record of effective collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Examine critical clinical quality and expenditure trends to uncover opportunities in population health and clinical programming.
- Engage with stakeholders to foster the development of clinical programs and strategies that address health equity challenges.
- Assist in designing clinical program solutions and establishing performance metrics.
- Assess current clinical programs to ensure alignment with Cambia's clinical objectives.
- Deliver key insights and findings to stakeholders and sponsors.
- Contribute to Cambia's overarching corporate strategy and innovation initiatives.
