Qualifications and Skills:Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., healthcare administration, healthcare policy, healthcare economics, public health, business administration); advanced degree is preferred.
- A minimum of five years of experience in population health, medical, behavioral health, and/or pharmacy program and strategy development through management consulting, healthcare investment, or an internal strategy team.

- Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare sector and clinical expenditure trends.
- Skilled in research, quantitative analysis, and qualitative synthesis, with strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in both quantitative and qualitative evaluations of programs and populations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information to senior-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and stakeholders.
- Examine critical clinical quality and expenditure trends to uncover opportunities in population health and clinical programming.
- Engage with stakeholders to drive the development of clinical programs and strategies, addressing disparities in health equity.
- Assist in the design of clinical program solutions and performance metrics.
- Assess existing clinical programs in relation to Cambia's clinical strategy.
- Articulate key insights and conclusions to stakeholders and sponsors.
- Contribute to Cambia's overarching corporate strategy and innovation initiatives.
