Qualifications and Skills:Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., healthcare administration, healthcare policy, healthcare economics, public health, business administration); advanced degree is preferred.
- A minimum of five years of experience in developing strategies for population health, medical, behavioral health, and/or pharmacy programs through management consulting, healthcare investment, or internal strategy teams.
Essential Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and trends in clinical spending.
- Expertise in research methodologies, quantitative analysis, and qualitative synthesis, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience in both quantitative and qualitative evaluations of programs and populations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across various teams and engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Assess critical clinical quality and spending trends to uncover opportunities in population health and clinical programs.
- Engage with stakeholders to advance clinical program development and strategies that address health equity challenges.
- Support the design of clinical programs and strategy solutions, including performance metrics.
- Review existing clinical programs to ensure alignment with Cambia's clinical strategy.
- Articulate key insights and conclusions to stakeholders and sponsors.
- Contribute to Cambia's overarching corporate strategy and innovation initiatives.
