Innova Solutions is currently seeking a Vendor Relations Analyst to join our team.

Position type: Full-Time, Contract
Duration: 12 Month

As a Vendor Relations Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting business operations across various power delivery sectors, while developing procedures to meet the diverse needs of a financial group that engages with multiple O&M, Capital, and balance sheet accounts.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or an Associate’s degree, coupled with 5 years of experience in project estimation within the electric and gas utility sector, utilizing software and estimating manuals to streamline the estimation process. Proficiency in PC and mainframe applications, including Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, Time, EERS, and PassPort is essential.
  • Creating tailored reports and may require travel throughout the organizational territory using a personal vehicle, necessitating a valid driver's license.
Key Responsibilities for this Role:

The position will assist both external suppliers and internal business stakeholders with vendor enrollment in the Oracle Supplier Portal, which includes providing training and addressing inquiries from suppliers and business partners. A successful candidate will demonstrate:
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • The ability to articulate processes and guide suppliers through the onboarding journey.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the Accounts Payable function, from onboarding to payment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Office tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Capability to assist in updating existing written procedures.
  • Familiarity with Oracle/Supplier Portals is advantageous.
  • Experience in Supplier/Vendor Maintenance is a plus.
The ideal candidate will possess: 3-5 years of experience in Vendor/Supplier Management, along with expertise in vendor onboarding, training, and Oracle Supplier Portal.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $28-32 per Hour
*The pay range offered to a successful candidate will be determined based on various factors, including education, work experience, job location, specific responsibilities, and certifications.
