Core Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing orders, scheduling tasks, overseeing production, and providing training to team members. You will also handle the receiving, storing, and stocking of products, ensuring quality control by checking expiration dates and monitoring product loss due to damage or spoilage. Additionally, you will perform various departmental tasks as required.


Key Duties:
  • At the beginning of each shift, review the work schedule, check necessary equipment and supplies, comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards, and prepare for assigned duties.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal regulations related to alcohol sales, including record-keeping and consumption policies, and maintain certification in the Reasonable Alcohol Management Program (RAMP).
  • Act as a liaison between the store and vendors, coordinating in-store demonstrations, managing payments for products, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Complete orders, oversee team schedules, and ensure all products are received, stored, and stocked appropriately.
  • Set up and maintain promotional displays and product arrangements.
  • Manage waste by flattening cardboard boxes and transporting them to recycling areas.

Qualifications:
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to understand and communicate company policies and safety regulations effectively.
  • Meet ergonomic and physical requirements for the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Adhere to company performance standards, including regular attendance.
  • Willingness to learn and operate necessary equipment and tools.
  • Must meet minimum age requirements as per state liquor laws.

Physical Requirements:
  • Shift hours: minimum of 8 hours.
  • Job cycles: continuous maximum.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 36 lbs.
  • Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45% of the time.
  • Category IV: lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Maximum static pull: 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all materials used.
  • Completion of Lockout/Tagout training.
  • Completion of Confined Space training.
  • Completion of Right-to-Know training.
