**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of property and casualty insurance policies. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, assisting with policy inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Process policy changes, renewals, cancellations, payments, and other transactions as requested by agents.
  • Assist with the issuance of binders, certificates of insurance, and identification cards as necessary.
  • Review and verify customer information and documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with agents, underwriters, and other departments to provide quality service and support to clients.
  • Stay updated on the latest insurance trends, regulations, and products.
  • Participate in all department meetings and provide back-up for department staff as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with others to achieve common objectives, goals, and results.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Property and Casualty License Required.
  • Applied Epic management system experience a plus.
