Job Description

Job Summary:

The Lia Group is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the flow of our Drive Lane, ensuring that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by communicating all repair information and recommendations from the technician to the customer.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure a positive customer experience.
  • Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Distribute work between technicians efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a clean and valid driver's license.
