Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Reservations Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Identify guest reservation needs and determine the appropriate room type and rate.
  • Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
  • Accommodate and document special requests.
  • Answer questions about property facilities and services.
  • Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue.
  • Communicate information regarding designated VIP reservations.
  • Input and access data in reservation systems.
  • Respond to any challenges found for accommodating rooming requests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
