Regional Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Business Manager to join our team at The Toro Company. As a key member of our international division, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in the Latin America and Caribbean markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve sales and profitability objectives
- Manage and coordinate sales teams to increase market share and growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Provide leadership and coaching to sales teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing-related field
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken
- 10+ years of combined sales and marketing experience managing business plans and P&Ls with multiple channels of distribution
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans
- Proven ability to develop a high level of subject matter expertise in product features and customer benefits
- Strong data-based analytical skills with the ability to leverage that knowledge into programs and promotions that drive the achievement of annual objectives
