The Regional Director of Facilities Planning and Operations is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance requirements for all assigned properties. This position works closely with Ministry Services facilities management to implement standard facilities management practices, regulatory compliance strategies, and design and construction standards for OSF Healthcare hospitals, medical offices, and support service buildings within an assigned region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement facilities management programs, preventative maintenance schedules, and infrastructure assessment plans.
- Design and manage performance and quality measurement and evaluation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation.
- Lead work groups or project teams to design, develop, and implement changes in organizational structure and work processes.
- Collaborate with Engineering Administration to implement LEAN, Six Sigma, or other performance improvement systems.
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field or Master's degree in engineering or business administration.
- 3+ years of facilities management experience with a strong background in leadership and project management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail-oriented and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
