About the Role

The Chief of Staff for the South-Central Region will serve as a strategic leader and trusted advisor to the regional president, driving executive decision-making and execution. This role will facilitate proactive issue identification, integrating corporate directives with operational needs, and managing board and committee interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate executive decision-making and execution
  • Proactively identify issues impacting successful execution of the president's priorities
  • Integrate corporate directives with operational needs
  • Manage board and committee interactions
  • Represent the president as needed
  • Interface with senior leadership and front-line team members
  • Execute organizational development strategy
  • Establish and manage related agendas
  • Liaise with system functions, including marketing, clinical informatics, IS, legal support, and contract management
  • Oversee the administration and management of various departments and services

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field is required
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration is preferred
  • Requires 7-10 years of relevant experience
  • Requires knowledge and experience in finance, operations management, strategic planning, and community relations
