Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Traveling Sales Manager, you will be responsible for filling in at our various locations while the Sales Manager is out of the office. Your primary focus will be on meeting with clients to answer their questions and help them create their ideal treatment package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform sales consultations and educate clients on laser hair removal
  • Promote and recommend treatment packages
  • Assist clients with questions or concerns about treatments
  • Actively seek client reviews and referrals
  • Lead and manage a team of 2-3 employees
  • Complete employee work schedules
  • Foster a culture of world-class customer service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Reside in close proximity to both a Milan Laser clinic and a major airport
  • Ability to fulfill the 100% travel schedule (Duration of coverage 18 overnight stays)
  • Flexibility for weekend coverage and travel
  • Proven success in sales and team leadership
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information
  • Intermediate computer skills
