Territory Account Manager

WEG Electric Corp. is seeking a Territory Account Manager to develop and implement a sales territory business plan to increase WEG product sales and market share in Southeast Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase WEG product sales and market share in the territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and OEMs to drive sales growth.
  • Administer corporate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide product training to customers and ensure they are aware of WEG's product offerings.
  • Travel to customer locations and attend trade shows to promote WEG products.
  • Prepare reports of business transactions and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from a four-year college or university.
  • 5+ years of applicable industrial sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical motors and motor controls, as well as pumps, compressors, fans, and material handling applications.
  • Experience with sales channels such as distributors, OEMs, and end-users.
