- Implementation Management: React to additional customer demands and needs to drive growth and success.
- Sales Administration: Manage sales administration tasks, including pipeline and quotation management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or chemistry.
- 3-5 years of plastics distribution sales or related industry experience.
- Willingness to travel 50%.
- Highly adept at prospecting and customer acquisition.
- Proven track record of delivering consistent and long-term growth.
- Ability to build relationships and resolve customer complaints or concerns.
- Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word Suite, SAP, CRM/ERP systems, and Salesforce.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written.
- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with internal and external customers.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
