We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to claimants, providers, and clients via telephone or correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service to claimants, providers, and clients with problems or questions regarding their claims and/or policies.
  • Maintain customer service logs to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Process incoming client correspondence and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed production goals for calls and correspondence, with a daily goal of 80 combined calls and correspondence.
  • Meet or exceed customer service quality standards, ensuring a high level of satisfaction for our clients.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), plus two years customer service experience preferably in a call center environment.
  • Proven ability to communicate bilingually (English/Spanish) via telephone and written correspondence with an enthusiastic and courteous demeanor.
  • Stellar people and listening skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient typing skills with minimal error count, and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret and apply provisions of the manuals, SPDs, medical terminology, and insurance claims.
