We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Waterco of the Central States, Inc. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders, including scheduling service and delivery orders, and coordinating schedules with the service/operations manager.
- Sales Support: Provide proactive sales support to assigned customer accounts by developing close relationships with the customer base and inside sales teams.
- Account Management: Manage customer accounts, including applying customer payments, completing internal reporting, and making outbound calls to current customers to schedule additional services or offer maintenance plans.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, including exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales/marketing environment.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office, and ability to learn a proprietary customer service program.
- Competitive Pay: $20-24/hour depending on experience.
