Job Summary

Infiniti of Charlotte Inc is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating the sale of finance and insurance programs to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Revenue Generation
    • Sell financing and insurance products and services to customers
    • Attain goals for gross production of financial services/products
  • Customer Service and Satisfaction
    • Review customer credit applications for completeness
    • Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Utilize menu selling process 100%
    • Ensure all necessary documentation is complete for each deal
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with all laws and regulatory obligations
    • Ensure completion and submission of all financial documents where applicable
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of automotive dealership F&I experience including secondary financing
  • Proven track record of success in finance and insurance sales
  • Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
  • Team-oriented and excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
