Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • An Associate's degree in Medical Record Technology or a Bachelor's degree in health/human services or a related healthcare field; medical education as a physician is a plus.
  • A current Massachusetts license, if applicable.
  • Certification as a professional in healthcare quality (CPHQ) is desirable.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in an acute care hospital setting.
