Position Overview:
The Project Coordination Specialist will collaborate with our project management team to facilitate ongoing project initiatives.

This role will act as a support resource for the Project Management Team and engage directly in project management activities in the absence of the Project Manager.

The specialist will adhere to the Business Solutions Group's project framework and lifecycle for executing various initiatives.

Key responsibilities include the development, coordination, and successful delivery of projects that align with corporate objectives, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet defined scope.

Responsibilities encompass creating project timelines, adjusting schedules, communicating updates, and maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle. The specialist will also assist in identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies until successful project completion.

A strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned projects, along with a desire to understand our customers, is essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks as directed by the supervisor.

- Collaborate closely with the Project Management team to facilitate project planning, prioritization, execution, and closure.

- Document meeting minutes as assigned.
- Work with project teams to track and follow up on action items, risks, or issues.
- Participate actively in project meetings as assigned.

- Regularly monitor project management artifacts for tasks in project plans, ensuring completion and proper documentation.

- Assist Project Managers in scheduling project meetings as required.
- Coordinate with project partners and vendors under the guidance of project managers.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and other essential project documentation as assigned.
- Archive projects annually.
- Complete all required compliance training and adhere to bank, federal, and state regulations while maintaining departmental service standards.
- Oversee non-complex, small projects in alignment with the project management framework.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Visio, SharePoint, Teams, and Project Management Software is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Energetic with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Maintain a positive demeanor in challenging situations.
