Qualifications:

  • Proficient in using a tape measure and various hand tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Competence in basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division across different units of measure, utilizing whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Capability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
  • Skill in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to real-world scenarios.
  • Proficient in reading and utilizing a tape measure.
  • Understanding of the structure and content of the English language, including vocabulary, spelling, composition rules, and grammar.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring understanding in conversations.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting documents such as safety regulations, operational instructions, and procedural manuals.
  • Ability to compose routine reports and correspondence.
  • Capable of presenting information effectively to groups within the organization.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. Ability to lead and guide employee development is essential. Must be a results-driven "change agent" with effective talent management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with interpersonal skills that inspire others.
  • Professionalism, consistency, and thoroughness in interactions with internal teams and partners.
Responsibilities:
Identify and rectify issues within the relevant systems. Develop solutions to these issues and engage other functions as necessary. Actively work to establish efficient systems and processes to prevent problems from arising.

  • Collaborate with management, engineering, quality control, customers, or vendor representatives to coordinate work activities, resolve issues, or assess resource requirements. Monitor inventory levels and the condition of workspaces, tools, and equipment to ensure optimal working conditions.
  • May provide training, mentorship, and knowledge transfer to team members.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to personal safety protocols and follow all safety practices and procedures. Comply with all policies and report any unsafe activities to management.
  • Engage in proactive team efforts to meet departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
