Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading the nursing team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with the nursing process and established policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate records to ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
