Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary ranging from $43,790 to $72,980 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes access to a 401(k) retirement plan.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Patient Care: Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver High-Quality Care: Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and educate patients and caregivers on disease management and self-care techniques.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Manage Clinical Documentation: Accurately record patient information, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Certifications and Qualifications: Possess an active RN license in the state of practice and current CPR certification.
  • Experience and Skills: A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, with a strong background in infusion therapy and excellent communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting of heavier objects, and perform physical tasks requiring fine motor skills and visual acuity.

Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time for business purposes.
