WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Project Manager role is pivotal in executing and supporting various initiatives within the organization, ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, and budget constraints.

This position involves the coordination and motivation of project team members, key stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to achieve project deliverables seamlessly.

Project Managers are responsible for defining project objectives, scope, and requirements, while ensuring high standards of development and execution throughout the project lifecycle.

City National Bank Project Managers must comply with the CNB Project Management Lifecycle Methodology.

What you will do:
  • Lead the project team, assign individual responsibilities, and develop schedules to ensure timely project completion.
  • Participate in meetings to establish project goals and achieve consensus on steps, schedules, and implementation procedures, fostering cooperation among support teams.
  • Conduct interviews with colleagues and clients to identify and analyze needs, developing project plans and providing input for recommendations.
  • Monitor development activities to meet project objectives, budget, quality standards, and schedules.
  • Manage multiple projects of varying sizes concurrently, consulting with all management levels and coordinating activities across departments.
  • Prepare project status reports and make necessary adjustments to project plans.
  • Maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients to ensure integrated processes that support expected service levels.
  • Act as a business partner by managing expectations and providing guidance throughout the project duration.
  • Adhere to all operational policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Complete all required training.

Must-Have:
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role

Skills and Knowledge:
The ideal candidate typically possesses two to four years of relevant experience with some project lead or one to two years of supervisory experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential, along with excellent organizational and presentation skills. Knowledge of banking is advantageous, as well as leadership and negotiation abilities.

Compensation:
Starting base salary: $87,027 - $138,965 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for bonuses and/or commissions.
