Program Management Specialist

Become a vital part of our organization as a Program Management Specialist, focusing on the development and maintenance of essential forms and templates utilizing Adobe software. Your role will ensure precision, compliance with ADA standards, and the integrity of information.

In this position, you will also oversee the accuracy and compliance of all forms and templates, contributing to the overall success of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and revise program-specific forms and templates using Adobe, guaranteeing adherence to ADA compliance and the accuracy of all information.
  • Oversee and sustain a detailed tracking system for program resources, including vehicles, technological equipment, and supplies allocated to personnel, enhancing inventory management.
  • Engage with program stakeholders to identify and develop forms that meet their unique requirements, ensuring functionality and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in the Adobe software suite, particularly in form and template creation and modification.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and ADA compliance of all documentation.
  • Capability to organize and maintain thorough tracking systems for various program resources.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with program stakeholders and improve processes.

Compensation:
