Remote opportunities are available for licensed Wealth Management Service Specialists in the Kansas City Metro area. While this role allows for remote work, it is essential to live near the Kansas City area to facilitate occasional in-person collaboration with colleagues, which is integral to our organizational culture. We provide virtual interviewing and onboarding processes, along with comprehensive access to virtual training and support. You will have the capability to work from home to effectively assist our clients.
The Purpose of Your Role
As a Wealth Management Service Specialist, your primary focus will be on nurturing relationships with our affluent clients who possess assets ranging from $250,000 to $1 million, each having intricate service and investment requirements. In this capacity, you will contribute to enhancing customer loyalty and identifying business development opportunities.
The Value You Deliver
- Engaging with clients through inbound communications, addressing their inquiries, and offering guidance on products and services,
- Executing client requests related to various financial instruments, including options, equities, mutual funds, and fixed income trades, along with other specialized monetary transactions.
The Expertise We Seek
- Series 7 certification is required
- Series 63 certification is preferred (training and support provided)
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector
- Strong technological proficiency and a willingness to learn new tools
