Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Program Manager - Risk Reduction & Reentry. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of adult female residents at Topeka Correctional Facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based programming and risk reduction services to adult female residents, in coordination with program staff and the Reentry Coordinator.
  • Develop and coordinate services to address recovery needs, including establishing referral processes, coordinating care and support, and identifying gaps in services.
  • Act as liaison for state Mentoring for Success staff and Mentors, ensuring matches are supported and mentors receive necessary information and resources.
  • Maintain data and information related to processes and impact, and provide reports to the TCF R3C and statewide Programs Director.
Requirements
  • One year of experience in planning, implementing, and monitoring activities relevant to the agency's programs.
  • Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.
  • Preferred qualifications include two years of experience delivering programming, preferably CBI and to adult felons, as well as experience using core correctional practice tools and working in a correctional facility.
