The Clinical Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the clinical components of our program.

Key Responsibilities

Ensures the quality and effectiveness of clinical services, proactively seeking opportunities for enhancement. Facilitates weekly treatment team meetings to promote effective communication and collaborative approaches in monitoring client progress. Provides training for new clinical staff and coordinates ongoing education with team members. Assists the Executive Director in conducting performance evaluations and developing growth plans for therapists, as needed. Organizes monthly training sessions to ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements throughout the year. Maintains a manageable client caseload based on program needs. Leads or co-leads therapeutic groups daily, ensuring clinical oversight and support. Engages with referral sources and outpatient providers to ensure continuity of care during admission, midpoint assessments, and discharge. Coordinates client transitions to higher levels of care when necessary. Facilitates family-oriented programs and events, including Multi-Family and Family Weekend sessions. Supervises pre-licensed therapists, providing clinical guidance and support as required.

This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

A Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field is required. A valid license and the ability to provide clinical supervision are essential. A minimum of two years of experience in the field of eating disorders is required. A current driver's license in good standing is necessary.
