Lead Our Organization to Success

DIFILIPPO is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Salesperson - B2B. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing 2,000 business clients, while also identifying new business opportunities and growing our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Research new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
