ATM Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:
In this role, you will provide technical support to external vendors using our client's ATMs. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing hardware and software issues, performing and creating operational and performance reporting and analysis, and maintaining customer support documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to ATMs
- Perform and create operational and performance reporting and analysis
- Maintain customer support documentation and knowledge base
- Participate in organizational service delivery strategy and definition
- Responsible for training and creating training materials for customers on basic hardware and software functionality
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- Prior ATM or Financial Services experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Ability to navigate various database applications, SQL experience a significant plus
