Job Summary

Midmark Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving complex issues related to our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Identify and resolve technical problems with our products, including electro-mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics, software, and hardware issues.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Interact with internal and external customers to provide timely and effective solutions to their technical issues.
  • Organize Daily Tasks: Prioritize and manage daily tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Record Customer Communications: Document customer interactions and technical issues in our call logging system.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the engineering team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our products and services.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of previous experience in a technical support role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of testing and updating various Midmark products, ability to interact with the engineering team, and proficiency in Microsoft SQL express functions.
