- Education: Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- Experience: At least 1 year of previous experience in a technical support role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of testing and updating various Midmark products, ability to interact with the engineering team, and proficiency in Microsoft SQL express functions.
