Job Title: Part-Time User Support Technician

Join Ozarks Technical Community College as a Part-Time User Support Technician and play a vital role in providing technical assistance to faculty, students, and staff. As a member of our IT team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, maintaining equipment, and ensuring seamless support services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, or in-person to faculty, students, and staff
  • Maintain and repair computer hardware and software
  • Inventory and manage equipment, data entry, and documentation of assets and tickets
  • Manage incident and service request tickets
  • Maintain Information Technology and media equipment
  • Clean and maintain work areas and equipment
Requirements:
  • Ability to work well with others and provide excellent customer service
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to use information technology for professional productivity
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience working in a help desk setting
  • Experience working within a collegiate setting
  • Experience with Colleague
  • One year experience troubleshooting computers, printers, and Audio/Visual
Physical Demands:
