Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules, detailing activities and resource requirements while assessing the critical path.
- Monitor project progress against established plans across various engineering and construction disciplines.
- Prepare and analyze resource plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Forecast, manage, and report on project financials, comparing budgeted costs to actual expenditures during engineering and execution phases.
- Lead initiatives to identify solutions and implement corrective actions in cases of project delays or budget overruns.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to assess and mitigate project risks.
- Assist in the preparation and validation of project cost estimates.
- Act as a liaison between project teams, procurement, and accounting to ensure precise forecasting and cost tracking.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of project controlling, scheduling, and cost estimation methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, accounting, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in capital project execution with a solid grasp of project management principles.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a preference for experience in multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in schedule development and progress tracking, including methodologies such as Critical Path Method and Earned Value Management.
- Experience with ERP software (preferably SAP), scheduling tools (such as MS Project or Primavera P6), and MS Office.
- Familiarity with project risk and change management is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as required by project assignments.
