About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at a global fashion eyewear company in Grants Pass, OR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, ensuring a positive and empathetic experience for every customer interaction.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of our product portfolio and procedures to effectively communicate with customers and resolve their inquiries.
  • Process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner, with minimal errors, and ensure accurate documentation of customer complaints and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Supervisor and Manager to guarantee customer expectations are met and any problems or issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve knowledge and skills required to better serve our customers.
Requirements
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm
  • 10-key by touch
  • Phone experience
  • Professional communication skills
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
