Job Title: Administrative Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As an Administrative Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our projects by providing administrative support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate executive correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain organizational programs in support of Naval requirements.
  • Work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting.
  • Help with tactical planning using resources like the Microsoft Office suite and regular interactions with Naval planners and senior leaders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an administrative specialist supporting the U.S. Navy or Marine Corps.
  • Experience managing schedules, arranging meetings, coordinating executive correspondence, and arranging travel.
  • Knowledge of the Indo-Pacific region.
  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
  • HS diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with military operations in the USINDOPACOM AOR.
  • 3+ years of experience working in military plans.
  • Experience with Maritime Fires.
  • Knowledge of USINDOPACOM policy and strategy.
  • Knowledge of USINDOPACOM TCP/TCO, GCPs, OPLANs, CONPLANs, and Theater Security Cooperation Plans, including linkages to parallel national interests.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
