Automotive Sales Director

Speedy Motorsports LLC is seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our pre-owned vehicle sales division. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive business growth in the Baltimore market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure optimal stock levels and availability of vehicles.
- Analyze sales metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
- Design and execute promotions that attract and retain customers.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
- Expertise in consultative selling and negotiation techniques.
- Strong ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Proficiency in sales tracking tools, CRM systems, and basic financial analysis.
- Commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on experience.
