Job Title: Account Executive I

Job Summary:

The Account Executive I is a critical role in our organization, responsible for generating revenue and expanding our client base. This position requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and contact potential customers to generate new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue
  • Work closely with sales management and engineering teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct site walks and collect technical information to support sales efforts
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements:

  • At least one year of prior work experience in sales, customer support, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One or more years of sales experience
  • A.A. degree from a two-year college or technical school with a focus on sales
  • Knowledge of sales cycle and solution selling techniques
  • Previous experience with CRM applications

Physical Demands:

  • Sit for up to 5 hours per day
  • Stand for up to 5 hours per day
  • Lift, carry, push up to 25 pounds

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
