Job Overview

BTI, a leading business technology integration company, seeks a seasoned Chief Growth Officer to spearhead strategic growth initiatives. This senior-level position demands a deep understanding of growth channels, corporate procurement vehicles, and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of combined experience in Government Contracting, with expertise in sales, marketing, customer relationship management, program management, and business development.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Lead the development of a comprehensive corporate growth strategy, aligning with BTI's overall business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with the BTI Executive Management Team to identify and implement capabilities that differentiate BTI from competitors.
  3. Foster innovative thinking across departments, driving revenue growth and diversification.
  4. Maintain strategic relationships with industry partners, showcasing BTI's service offerings and value proposition.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and the effectiveness of corporate growth strategies.
  6. Pursue new business opportunities, including deal qualification and proposal submission.
  7. Represent BTI at corporate trade shows and industry events.
  8. Oversee and enhance the BTI GWAC PMO office and role.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An MBA or related field is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Federal Contractor, with at least 5 years' experience as an Executive-level Growth Leader.
  • Superior verbal communication, presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field, with a track record of driving growth and revenue.
  • Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement growth strategies.
  • Understanding of Government Contracting Federal Acquisition Regulations.
  • Ability to develop and maintain budgets.
  • Ability to represent the company with Corporate Growth Business Affairs.
  • Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and win revenue-generating contracts.

What We Offer:

BTI provides a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
