Merchant Sales Director

The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 per year. As an Inside Sales Manager at Slice Merchant Services, you will have the opportunity to earn a comprehensive compensation package with uncapped earning potential. Your W2 salary will be paid weekly, and you will also receive aggressive commissions and large daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses. Additionally, you will participate in a profit-sharing program.
- You will have the ability to make over $100,000 annually with our multiple revenue stream compensation package.
Job Responsibilities
As Inside Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support and manage a team of up to 20 Outside Sales Representatives nationwide. You will engage in daily communication with your team, providing guidance on their day-to-day activities, and work closely with the Director of Sales to ensure the success of your team.
- Pipeline management and lead disposition are key aspects of this role, requiring strong business relationships with sales representatives and merchant clients.
- You will collaborate with your sales team to prepare and present competitive sales proposals, focusing on delivering exceptional results-driven solutions.
Requirements
To excel as an Inside Sales Manager, you must possess at least two years of B2B cold calling, networking, and closing experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities, are essential for success in this role.
- A track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals, combined with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed, is crucial for this position.
