Position Overview


As a Senior Engineering Specialist, you will collaborate with fellow RH2 professionals in the planning, design, and execution of projects related to water and wastewater facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct design and analytical tasks associated with all aspects of engineering for roadway, irrigation, stormwater, water, and sewer initiatives.
  • Acquire practical training and experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, and advanced modeling tools across various disciplines.
  • Explore opportunities for involvement in construction oversight as you progress in your career.
  • Engage with clients and regulatory agencies throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications

  • A Bachelor of Science or higher degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
  • Possession or eligibility to obtain an Engineer-In-Training Certification.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn standard design software, including AutoCAD and the MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
  • A commitment to exceeding client expectations.
  • High energy, collaborative spirit, and adaptability.
Compensation and Benefits


Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience, with a range of $34.00 and above. RH2 Engineering values work-life balance and compensates for overtime hours exceeding 40 in a workweek.
