Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications
- Provide direct care and support to residents
- Engage in health education and wellness counseling
- Participate in health assessments under the guidance of the Resident Services Director (RN)
- Support residents and their families
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants
- Train new staff and conduct care audits
- Complete required monthly training sessions

Qualifications:
- Valid Practical Nurse license in the state
- Minimum of two years of full-time clinical experience
- Experience or special interest in geriatric care
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Must be in good physical and emotional health, free from communicable diseases.
