**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Service Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our park and dock activities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Act as a host for Bltoffice by engaging with guests and visitors and facilitating positive guest experiences.
  • Take and follow direction from management staff.
  • Ability to work independently, outdoors in a public setting.
  • Capable of working in a high-speed environment.
  • All equipment must be accounted for and maintained by CSR.
  • Assist in activities, including participating when necessary.
  • Set up and maintain equipment.
  • Responsibly open/close office(s) and game area daily.
  • Maintaining a daily log(s) and write-up of activities and observations.
  • Take photos and videos for marketing purposes.
  • Assist boaters and guests equally.
  • Trash removal on-site locations.
  • Assist in daily chores and light maintenance.

**Requirements**

  • Candidate is currently pursuing a degree or recent graduate, interested in hospitality, recreational management, communications, education, customer service, or events management.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible and detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
  • Basic Mathematical Skills.
  • Willingness and desire to learn and get hands dirty.
  • Candidate is outgoing, fun, curious, mature, positive, and a self-starter.
  • Experience or has a demonstrated interest in customer service, events, recreation, urban affairs, and boating.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying 35 lbs +.
  • Capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Flexible schedule: available days, evenings, and weekends, as needed.
  • A CT boating license is a bonus, not required.
  • Adequate/Good swimming skills.
