Key Responsibilities:

Frontline Ambassador:

Be the welcoming face our clients see upon arrival and the comforting voice they hear over the phone.


Client Care:

Warmly greet clients and their pets, ensuring they feel valued and cared for from the moment they enter until they depart.


Scheduling Expert:
Efficiently handle appointment management, including scheduling, rescheduling, and reminders, to ensure a smooth workflow throughout the day.

Communication Specialist:

Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally, providing clients with accurate information and support.


Record Management:
Maintain and update client and patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.

Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.

Collaborative Team Member:
Work alongside veterinarians, technicians, and other staff to deliver seamless and outstanding service.

Product Knowledge:
Inform clients about our products and services, including preventive care, nutrition, and wellness programs.

Qualifications:

Passion for Animals:
A genuine love for pets and their well-being.

Strong Communication Skills:
Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients and colleagues.

Multitasking Ability:
Capability to manage several tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to Detail:
Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Technologically Proficient:
Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and other technology; experience with Avimark is a plus.

Customer Service Experience:
Previous experience in a veterinary customer service role is preferred.

Positive Attitude:
A friendly, upbeat personality and a proactive approach.

Flexibility:
Willingness to work weekends as required (on a rotating basis).
