We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Salesperson. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products and services, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions to customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive sales efforts and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company initiatives to provide informed and accurate information to customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
