**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Resident Concierge at Bltoffice. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the maintenance and accessibility of the building, and performing various administrative tasks.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Fulfill customer/resident requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve resident concerns and issues in a fair and efficient way.
- Prevent solicitors from entering the community and maintain a secure environment.
- Process marketing and resident account information accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor cameras and ensure the safety and security of the building.
- Ensure all visitors have been properly greeted and registered.
- Manage key issuance policy and control access to the building.
- Answer phones using Bltoffice's telephone greeting standards.
- Administer packages and distribute mail to residents' boxes.
- Provide concierge services for residents, including dry cleaning, event planning, and local directions.
- Assist residents with move-in and move-out procedures.
- Assemble collateral packages for prospective residents.
- Offer prospective residents information regarding the community.
- Write work orders and ensure they are given to the appropriate staff member.
- Follow up on resident service requests.
- Conduct courtesy calls to residents.
**Requirements:**
- Exceptional customer service and follow-through skills.
- Organization skills and ability to multitask.
- Outgoing personality and ability to work with limited supervision.
- Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Basic computer experience on Microsoft Office Products and Internet Navigation.
- College education preferred.
