Strategic HR Leader

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our Human Resources team as Vice President, HR. This strategic role will provide executive leadership to the HR function and drive the development of HR strategies that advance our organization's multi-year objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide overall leadership to the HR staff
- Develop and lead the strategic direction of our HR business practices
- Direct the HR functions for talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance
- Provide leadership and guidance to our initiatives supporting Anti-Racism and Social Justice
- BA or MBA degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- At least 7 years of experience as a senior leader with responsibility for leading the HR function
- Experience in OD practices and knowledge of HRIS and LMS systems
