Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at Marriott Midway, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Registering guests and handling check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Providing attentive and courteous service to all guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintaining accurate records and handling cash and credit transactions with precision.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
  • Staying up-to-date on hotel services, amenities, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
