Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Pyramid Healthcare Inc. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front office, including greeting clients and overseeing scheduling.
- Assist with medical records filing, transcription, and transfer of records.
- Perform basic clerical duties, including answering phones, mailing, and administrative filing.
- Purchase office and client supplies.
- Assist with intake process and billing sheets.
- Maintain office equipment and handle petty cash.
- Ensure the appearance, cleanliness, and organization of the office.
Requirements:
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in administrative functions preferred.
- Experience within the behavioral healthcare field preferred.
